AgileEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support Kubernetes operations, backlog clearance, cluster maintenance, and deployment of open-source components in a GitOps-based model. You will use GitLab and ArgoCD for deployments, automate workflows with Bash, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth upgrades. AWS and EKS experience is a strong plus.

Formación

3–5 years of experience as Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or similar roles.
Experience with Kubernetes administration.
Experience with Git and GitOps.
Experience with ArgoCD.
Familiarity with open-source Kubernetes components (Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Flux, or Docker).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

Support Kubernetes operational work: backlog tickets, maintain and upgrade clusters, deploy open-source components.
Refine processes for Kubernetes changes and coordinate with teams for smooth upgrades.
Use GitLab and ArgoCD for GitOps-based deployments; document and automate workflows with Bash or similar scripting languages.
Clear backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates and configurations.
Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and components.
Refine change processes and automate operational workflows.
