BairesDev is hiring a DevEx Engineer to enhance developer productivity by building internal developer platforms and portals. You will streamline the software lifecycle and create a frictionless environment for engineering teams to deliver high-quality code.

The role requires 4+ years in DevEx/Platform/DevOps, strong Kubernetes/CI/CD experience, and Go or Python proficiency. This is a 100% remote position with global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in DevEx Engineering, Platform Eng or DevOps.
• Proven expertise in internal developer platforms and portals.
• Proficiency with Backstage, Cortex, or similar service catalog frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD platform design.
• Advanced proficiency in Go or Python for templates and scaffolding.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build internal developer portals to centralize service discovery and docs.
• Create standardized templates and scaffolding to accelerate project bootstrap.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD platform components to improve release velocity.
• Manage and scale platform infrastructure with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Develop custom plugins/tools in Go or Python to reduce cognitive load.
• Collaborate with development teams to evolve the internal platform strategy.
