Blacksmith Agency in the US market seeks a senior Design Systems Engineer who owns how client design systems get built. You translate brands and references into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute without questions.

This is a senior, systems-first role—not one-off pages or maintenance. You stand up new systems quickly and consistently across several client brands with the same structural rigor.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
• A portfolio showing work across multiple clients with the same design-system rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries across entire sites, not just homepages.
• Document the system so a developer or automated pipeline can execute it.
• Work across several client brands at once with the same structural rigor.
