Descripción de la vacante

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Web Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You will transform brand references into a reusable system of tokens, variables, modes, and components, enabling a pipeline to execute with precision.

You will work across multiple client brands, delivering consistent architecture, documentation, and scalable design systems that align with US business hours. Strong English and senior design-system experience are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in your portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants; architectural rigor, not just tidy files.
• A portfolio showing client work across brands with consistent underlying rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming our pipeline can read predictably.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site, not just a homepage.
• Document the system so a developer or automated pipeline can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands at once, each looking distinct, with the same structural rigor.
