BairesDev is seeking a Data Scientist / Data Engineer to join our Development team and work on projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide.

The role involves vetting candidates for technical abilities, building predictive solutions, and collaborating with developers and architects to deliver scalable applications. Excellent English and hands-on data-management experience are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• 3+ years as Data Scientist / Data Engineer.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on data loads and data quality experience.
• Advanced English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Interview Data Scientists and Data Engineers to vet their abilities.
• Input data from interviews into the product and help develop a predictive, fair, and enjoyable solution.
• Collaborate with developers, tech leads, and solution architects to build applications.
• Improve existing structures by adding new functionalities or proposing technological updates to impact the core of each business.
• Improve the user experience on scalable and high-availability platforms.
