BairesDev is seeking a Junior Data Analytics to join their R&D Team in Colombia. This role involves data analysis, hypothesis generation, and collaboration with product managers to create data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in analytics, proficiency in SQL, and excellent communication skills. The position offers full remote work, competitive compensation, and flexible hours.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or statistics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Strong experience in data visualization and storytelling.
• Very good communication skills to work with non-technical users.
• Advanced English level for effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and propose process improvement opportunities.
• Generate and validate hypotheses using data.
• Analyze trends in complex data sets and provide reports.
• Collaborate with data product managers for data product development.
• Promote a data-driven mindset within the organization.
