AgileEngine in Medellín is seeking a Data Architect specialized in Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, create XDM schemas, and implement identity resolution to power unified profiles.

You will partner with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation, build cross-channel journeys in AJO, and mentor junior engineers on AEP best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically RTCDP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong background in data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming endpoints).
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication to translate marketing objectives into data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data architectures within AEP, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas with standardized data taxonomies.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines from enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows ensuring data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
