Job summary

Mps Group is seeking a senior, hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineer who can also act as the technical lead for the implementation. The role requires experience leading end-to-end AEP deployments, not just component work.

The candidate will drive identity namespaces, profile stitching, Real-Time Customer Profile enablement, and data ingestion (batch and streaming), while balancing hands-on development with strategic leadership across Dev/Test/Stage/Prod environments.

End date: Dec 31, 2026 (Possibility of extension beyond that date)

Time Zone: CST

Travel requirement: Yes – The contractor will be expected to spend 2 weeks in Los Angeles, followed by approximately 1 month working from their home country, then another 2 weeks in Los Angeles, continuing with this rotation as required.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineer who can also operate as the technical lead for the implementation. This person must have experience leading AEP implementations end-to-end, not only working on isolated AEP components.
