INGEPSY is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, ongoing success, and health for a portfolio of ecommerce brands. You will analyze performance data, present dashboards, and guide the product roadmap with insights.

This fully remote role requires experience in customer-facing software roles, excellent English, and the ability to work US Eastern hours. Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $3,000 USD per month based on experience.

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a software company.
• Excellent written and spoken English; daily written communication with brand founders/leads.
• Strong ability to read dashboards and answer health questions with numbers.
• Basic SQL is a plus; willingness to learn quickly.
• You use Claude or similar AI daily to draft, analyze, prototype, and automate.

Responsabilidades

• Run onboarding for new brands with kickoff calls and training.
• Conduct regular check-ins and maintain visibility into account health.
• Monitor site performance and connect data to revenue and conversions.
• Flag at-risk accounts and escalate technical issues to engineering when needed.
• Create and present performance reports and dashboards for clients.
