• Ability to analyze ad performance metrics.
• Experience in producing hundreds of ad variations.
• Strong writing skills for hooks and scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Own the creative strategy across organic and paid media.
• Write scripts and briefs for various video formats.
• Produce 30-50 ad variations monthly and maintain organic output.
• Collaborate with media buyers to assess creative performance.
• Stay updated on social media platform trends and formats.
