Monks is seeking a Creative Designer to develop compelling visual content that brings brand identities to life across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms. You will join an innovative team delivering cohesive design experiences for global clients.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong Figma skills, and a solid foundation in typography and web design. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams while embracing new technologies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio across media.
• Proven proficiency with Figma.
• Strong conceptualization and ideation skills with experience in modern web design.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and foundational design principles.
• Experience designing assets for digital marketing, social media, and web experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts across digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platforms.
• Create modern web, social media, and digital marketing assets using Figma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals and user experiences.
• Conduct trend research and ideation to incorporate fresh design perspectives and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and brand consistency.
• Participate in design feedback sessions and adapt designs per stakeholder input.
• Present design rationale clearly to clients and team members.
