Monks is seeking a Creative Designer to craft brand-focused visuals for digital marketing, print, and AI-driven platforms. You will join a bold, collaborative team delivering cohesive experiences across multiple media while upholding brand standards.

Based remotely from Colombia, you will manage concurrent projects, translate briefs into compelling visuals, and present design rationale to internal stakeholders and clients. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma are essential.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand-focused work across media.
• Strong conceptualization and ideation skills.
• Experience designing assets for digital marketing, social media, and web.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Mansioni

• Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts across digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces.
• Create modern web, social media, and digital marketing assets using Figma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate briefs into visuals and user experiences.
• Conduct trend research and ideation to incorporate fresh design perspectives and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and scheduling.
• Participate in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on stakeholder input.
• Present design rationale clearly to clients and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
