Sanofi in Bogotá seeks a Contract Obligations Monitoring Specialist to ensure all contractual obligations are actively tracked and deviations are identified early. You will translate contract terms into structured monitoring entries and support stakeholders with timely compliance insights.

You will lead data-driven onboarding of suppliers, validate ownership mappings, and maintain obligation records using CLM tools and AI-powered monitoring capabilities. English required.

Formación

• 3+ years managing vendor contract obligations with monitoring of rebates, volume commitments, and SLAs.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance or related business discipline; Advanced English.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end pre-onboarding process for new suppliers and contracts.
• Onboard suppliers or contracts into the obligations management platform.
• Review contract documents, extract key obligations, and translate them into monitoring entries.
• Validate ownership mapping for contractual obligations.
• Maintain contract obligation records in the obligations management platform.
• Facilitate stakeholder training on the obligations management platform.
• Monitor obligations using CLM tools and AI-powered monitoring for compliance.
• Develop monitoring strategies based on obligation complexity and risk.
• Execute targeted monitoring and spot-checks to identify deviations.
• Identify early indicators of breaches and escalate findings with documentation.
• Reconcile supplier-reported data with internal systems.
• Prepare periodic reports and obligation impact assessments.
• Coordinate supplier and contract offboarding activities.
