Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Client Partner to serve as trusted advisor to C-level and VP executives at large US enterprises, defining and leading AI-driven digital transformation strategies from inception to execution.

You will partner with clients to shape AI adoption initiatives and translate complex technology into business outcomes. This role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the US.

Qualifications

5+ years of consulting experience in the US.
Proven client relationship management in IT services or custom software development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management to translate tech into business value.
Experience in large enterprises with digital transformation or modernization programs.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
U.S. residency or valid US visa with quarterly travel.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large enterprise organizations.
Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation and AI adoption.
Partner with clients to shape AI strategies and use-case execution.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
Oversee account performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
