BairesDev is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to design and maintain resilient AWS security architectures across multiple accounts, VPCs, clusters, and edge services, balancing security with reliability and leading IAM governance.

You will tune edge protections (WAF, CloudFront), drive incident response, and mentor teams while working in a 100% remote environment with flexible hours and competitive USD-based compensation. Strong English and 7+ years in cloud security are required.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in cloud security engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS security architecture, including VPC networking, IAM, KMS, and secure design.
• Proven production-level experience tuning AWS edge protection (WAF, WebACLs, Shield, CloudFront).
• Experience with network topology assessment and optimization balancing security and reliability.
• Proven IAM and identity governance leadership, including least privilege and secrets management.
• Hands-on cloud incident response, including log analysis and forensics.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain AWS security architecture across multiple accounts, VPCs, clusters, and edge services.
• Configure and tune AWS edge protection against DDoS, bot traffic, and credential stuffing.
• Optimize network topology, routing, and load balancer configurations for security and reliability.
• Lead IAM and identity governance initiatives.
• Participate in cloud incident response, including log analysis, remediation planning.
• Troubleshoot across network, infrastructure, and application layers.
