BairesDev is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to advance autonomous vehicle behaviors, decision-making, and on-vehicle autonomy logic. You will help design intelligent systems that navigate complex environments safely and predictably.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, USD compensation, hardware and software setup for home work, and collaboration with the global Top 1% of tech talent across diverse teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering in autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Proven expertise in C++ and robotics fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with decision-making algorithms and planning under uncertainty.
• Deep understanding of on-vehicle autonomy logic and AV safety patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement decision-making algorithms for autonomous navigation.
