You will build data transformations, establish tests, craft documentation, and define metrics to ensure consistent reporting across the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration and upfront data quality in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or business intelligence.
• Proven expertise developing and testing data models with dbt.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards with Sigma.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of cloud data warehouses.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build transformation layers that convert source data into reliable business entities.
• Establish data tests and documentation to keep models trustworthy.
• Prepare curated datasets that support self-service exploration.
• Define shared metrics and logic to ensure consistent reporting.
• Tune model runtime and warehouse usage for efficiency.
• Coach business users on how to explore and interpret data.
