BairesDev seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to transform raw GTM and CRM data into robust Snowflake layers. You will implement dimensional models, medallion architecture, and semantic layers to support analytics and AI-driven insights. This hands-on role shapes data used by multiple teams to drive decisions.

We value 5+ years in analytics engineering, expert SQL, and deep dbt/Snowflake experience. The position offers 100% remote work with flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics engineering experience with dbt and Snowflake.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Background in dimensional modeling including star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Familiarity with semantic layer development and metric definitions.
• Experience modeling GTM and CRM data (Salesforce, Gong, activity logs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production dbt models on Snowflake.
• Design dimensional models using star schemas and conformed dimensions.
• Structure data across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers per medallion architecture.
• Develop and extend semantic layer definitions and metrics for new use cases.
• Model transcripts and unstructured text for analytics.
• Apply dbt testing, validation, and documentation best practices.
• Model GTM and CRM data from Salesforce, Gong, and logs.
