At BairesDev, an Analytics Engineer (dbt & Redshift) is responsible for turning raw data into trusted datasets and enabling faster decision-making. You will bridge data engineering and analytics, building scalable data models and maintaining data quality.

Join a 100% remote, globally distributed team. You’ll design data pipelines, optimize warehouse performance, test data quality, and collaborate with analysts to address business questions while promoting best practices across the analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise building and testing data transformations with dbt.
• Hands-on experience working with Amazon Redshift as a data warehouse.
• Advanced SQL skills and solid knowledge of dimensional data modeling.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD applied to data workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
