The role reports to Head of Investigation Team and collaborates with Compliance and Customer Support teams.

Qualifications

• University education is preferred.
• Experience in an investigative function is required.
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic.
• AML/CTF/Sanctions investigations and SAR/EDD reporting experience.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate referrals of unusual activity and determine risk exposure.
• Support Customer Help Desk / Legal Team requests for investigative assistance.
• Communicate with customers, agents, and internal attorneys as applicable.
