Jobgether seeks an AI Video Creator & Editor to own end‑to‑end ad assets for Meta and TikTok, blending AI footage with traditional editing. You’ll optimize prompts, generate varied concepts, and craft hooks with rapid pacing and captions for direct‑response campaigns.

The role emphasizes UGC‑style talking‑head content, product scenes, and high‑volume output. Collaboration with Creative Strategists and a remote, UK‑hour team environment are core to this position.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in creative or video production, including e-commerce or direct‑response paid‑social editing.
• Portfolio showing self-edited conversion ads and AI-generated video work.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video-generation tools and strong prompting/iteration skills.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or CapCut; able to use After Effects or similar motion-graphics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Generate AI video assets for Meta and TikTok ads (UGC-style talking‑head clips, product scenes, b‑roll, full concept videos).
• Develop prompts, reference images, and generation settings; build a reusable prompt library.
• Edit high-volume direct‑response ads by combining AI footage with scripts, raw assets, and approved product assets.
• Create hooks, pacing, subtitles, pattern interrupts, and CTAs; produce multiple variations of concepts.
