David Kennedy Recruitment represents a fast-growing international AI company seeking a Mid-Level AI Video Producer for its R&D team. You will own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing and final delivery, using tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.

The role is remote worldwide (except where prohibited) with an initial full-time freelance engagement and potential transition to full-time B2B.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in video production, VFX or digital art.
• Mid-level professional profile.
• 100% comfort with explicit NSFW content.
• Active experience with AI video generation tools.
• Portfolio must include AI-driven video work.
• Professional experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver finished sequences independently.
• Ability to maintain character and visual consistency across sequences.
• Willingness to receive and implement feedback.
• ComfyUI experience is an advantage.
• Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 experience is an advantage.
• 3D or VFX background is an advantage.
• Photoshop and design skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AI video production from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery.
• Create AI-generated video content using current generative AI video tools.
• Develop and refine prompts to achieve consistent visual styles, characters and sequences.
• Edit and assemble generated content using Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent tools.
• Composite and polish video sequences to final delivery quality.
• Test, refine and improve AI workflows through continuous experimentation.
• Work independently on creative execution and technical production decisions.
• Maintain character and style consistency across sequences.
• Share workflow learnings and improvements with the wider R&D team.
• Work with feedback and iterate on creative output.
