BairesDev is seeking an AI Specialist to lead prompt design, refinement, and evaluation to optimize large language model performance. You will guide prompt architecture and ensure outputs are accurate, structured, and compliant with domain standards.

Work 100% remotely with a global team, using Python to build tests and evaluation pipelines. You will collaborate with legal/compliance stakeholders and drive robust, safe AI solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in prompt design, iterative refinement, and structured output patterns.
• Strong knowledge of evaluation methodologies and intent classification for large language models.
• Proficiency in Python for building test scripts and automating evaluation workflows.
• Experience with domain-specific AI implementation in compliance or legal contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Design and iterate on complex prompts using advanced engineering techniques to guide model behavior.
• Define and implement structured output designs and intent classification patterns for reliable system integration.
