AgileEngine seeks an AI Platform Tech Lead to own a general-purpose enterprise AI ecosystem spanning Slack, Google Workspace with Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. You will design and build AI agents, skills, and RAG integrations, and establish standards for agent development, testing, and deployment.

The role requires 6+ years of development experience with demonstrated production AI agent and enterprise SaaS platform expertise, plus strong security and governance

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on tech lead experience.
• Proven track record building production AI agents, skills, workflows, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI application concepts including agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and enterprise search.
• Experience delivering production services from PoC to stable systems.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and identity services.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, tools, and workflows.
• Create AI solutions using MCP, function calling, APIs, agents, and integration frameworks.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and production capabilities.
• Build secure integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and enterprise systems.
• Develop APIs, data connectors, webhooks, search integrations, and RAG solutions.
• Ensure security, access controls, and governance across AI platforms.
• Test for quality, reliability, and data grounding; optimize platforms.
• Lead technical reviews, mentor contributors, and guide releases.
• Evaluate new AI capabilities and advise platform leadership.
