Job summary

Keyrus, an international group of 2,800 consultants across 28 countries, invites you to join as an AI & MarTech Developer - Intern in Colombia. You will work with a team of highly skilled professionals on real LATAM projects, building integrations, automations, and AI solutions that directly impact leading clients. Location: Colombia.

Contract: Internship (6 months). Work model: Remote. Ideal candidates have a university background in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer

Qualifications

• University level with a background in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Upper-Intermediate English level (B2).
• Ability to identify manual processes that should be automated and genuine curiosity to solve them.
• Clear communication: document solutions and present progress to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship guidance with exposure to business-applied AI projects.
• Exposure to a multicultural environment.
• Designing AI flows (agents, workflows, assistants) for research, automation, and operations.
• High-impact projects in the retail world where AI is a business lever.
• A career path toward technology consulting, product development, or MarTech solutions.
