Job summary

GBS Group is seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist and AI-enabled Short-Form Content Producer to scale our content engine across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You will own strategy, creation, distribution, and optimization of short-form content, coordinating with influencers and agencies as needed.

You will leverage AI tools to research, ideate, script, produce, and analyze content, ensuring accuracy, brand voice, and value for business owners and entrepreneurs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating high-performing short-form content for business, educational, or professional brands.
• Portfolio with links to TikTok/Reels and results when possible.
• Proven editing, design, and marketing thinking strengths.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2–3 short-form videos and graphics daily for GBS Group channels.
• Script engaging, audience-focused content for reels, TikTok, Shorts.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, scripting, captions, and editing workflows with brand accuracy.
• Coordinate editing of clips for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts from long-form content.
• Translate complex concepts into simple, visual content for entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Design on-brand visuals for overlays, carousels, and thumbnails with Canva/Photoshop.
• Create and maintain repeatable templates, prompts, and workflows.
