Job summary

TradeQuo Global is seeking a creative Social Media Manager (AI Influencer) to build and scale a network of AI-generated virtual influencers across markets. You will craft personas, visuals, and voices, and produce engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.

The role requires hands-on experience with generative AI tools for video, image, and audio, plus strong video editing and language adaptation skills. A global remit and fast-evolving AI tech exposure are core to this position.

Qualifications

• Experience producing AI-generated video, image, voice and audio content.
• Hands-on with AI video generation tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, HeyGen).
• Familiarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion).
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI influencer personas across regions.

TradeQuo is an international FinTech company operating in the online trading industry. We are looking for a creative, technically skilled Social Media Manager (AI Influencer) to build and scale a network of AI-generated virtual influencers across multiple countries, languages, and social media platforms.

About the Role

This role combines AI-generated content production, social media management, video editing, and audience growth. You will create virtual influencer personas from scratch, develop their visual identity and personality, and produce engaging content tailored to different markets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with generative AI tools for video, image, and voice production, understands short-form content trends, and can manage multiple social media accounts across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consistent AI influencer personas, including appearance, voice, personality, backstory, and tone of communication.
• Build and scale a network of AI influencers across key regions, including Asia, Latin America, and MENA.
• Produce AI-generated short-form and long-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Generate AI voices, audio, lip-sync, and multilingual dubbing for localized content.
• Create AI-generated visuals while maintaining character consistency across content.
• Set up and manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content calendars, publishing schedules, community engagement strategies, and audience growth initiatives.
• Adapt scripts, hooks, trends, and creative concepts to local languages and cultural nuances.
• Monitor content performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions.
• Optimize content based on performance data, platform trends, and audience behavior.
• Maintain brand guidelines and follow applicable disclosure, compliance, and advertising requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in FinTech, financial services, FX, or Forex is a strong advantage.
• Proven hands-on experience producing AI-generated video, image, voice, and audio content.
• Direct experience with AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or HeyGen.
• Working knowledge of AI image tools such as Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo, or Stable Diffusion.
• Experience with AI voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI content and scripting tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of short-form video formats, social media algorithms, content hooks, and viral trends.
• Ability to develop consistent virtual personas, write effective prompts, evaluate AI outputs, and iterate quickly.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated content, virtual influencers, or AI-driven video projects.
• Strong written English skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Creative, proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
