Mindrift is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web App Developer for their Tendem project in Colombia. This part-time remote role involves building interactive applications in a hybrid AI + human environment, requiring expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and modern frontend frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in web development and a portfolio of shipped applications. Flexible scheduling with competitive compensation is offered, along with performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• 3+ years in full-stack web development or interactive applications.
• Strong foundation in frontend frameworks and backend architecture.
• Portfolio of shipped web applications required.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Responsabilidades

• Build interactive web applications using React and backend APIs.
• Design and implement data models and persistence layers.
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI services into products.
• Debug end-to-end issues across frontend, backend, and database.
