Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-assisted projects from a remote, worldwide setting. You will evaluate AI-generated visuals, provide human feedback, and help improve design workflows across platforms like Figma, After Effects, and Davinci Resolve.

The role requires 2+ years in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX, with paid AI-human data experience. Flexibility and high-quality output are essential for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
• Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote and related platforms.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
