Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects on a remote, freelance basis. You will apply graphic design, UI/UX, and motion graphics skills to evaluate AI outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.

You'll work with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and more, ensuring output quality, usability, and visual impact. Strong English communication and independent work in a remote setup are required.

Qualifications

• Paid experience in AI human-data work is required.
• Proficiency with graphic design, UI/UX, and motion graphics tools.
• Strong ability to evaluate AI outputs against professional design standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, and multimedia outputs for quality and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback.
• Document observations and recommend workflow improvements.
• Review composition, typography, layout, and user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and meet deadlines.
