Alignerr Corp. in Pereira is seeking Software Engineers for a remote hourly contract to help shape AI-generated code and improve AI coding assistants. You will write, review, and provide expert feedback to ensure safety, reliability, and high-quality outputs.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours and requires strong programming skills across multiple languages, plus the ability to work independently and clearly communicate complex decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and precisely.

Mansioni

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
