Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for a fully remote hourly contract in Cali to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will review AI outputs, articulate feedback, and contribute to advancing AI coding assistants. This is hands-on engineering at the frontier of AI development.

You'll work 10–40 hours per week on your own schedule, supporting multiple languages and problem domains. The role emphasizes clean code, reasoning, and reliable engineering judgment.

Competenze

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a systematic debugging approach.
• Clear written communicator – explain technical decisions in plain language.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
