A leading wealth management tech firm in Colombia is seeking an AI/Backend Engineer to lead the evolution of their LLM orchestration pipeline. This role involves designing AI pipelines, implementing parallelization, and developing production APIs. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of Python experience and familiarity with LLM APIs. Formación

• 4+ years of production Python experience with async patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows.
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize our multi-agent orchestration system.
• Implement parallelization and streaming to reduce response latency.
• Build robust prompt management with versioning and A/B testing.
• Design retrieval-augmented generation for contextual responses.
• Build developer-friendly APIs for connecting AI capabilities.
