Workana LLC is seeking an AI Architect to design and lead enterprise AI applications on Microsoft Azure. The role blends full-stack software engineering with cloud architecture to build scalable, secure systems powered by LLMs, RAG, and autonomous AI agents.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders across distributed teams in an English-speaking, international environment. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack and backend systems in C#, Python, and React with TypeScript.
• Hands-on cloud-native design on Microsoft Azure (AKS, networking, AI Foundry).
• Experience with AI application frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Strong understanding of RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
• REST APIs, microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end AI architectures on Azure for enterprise-grade solutions.
• Architect secure, scalable enterprise apps with LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents.
• Develop backend/full-stack solutions using Python, C#, React, TS, FastAPI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel.
• Define cloud-native deployment architectures with containers and microservices.
• Apply security-by-design, IAM, and secure networking for enterprise workloads.
• Evaluate trade-offs to optimize cloud infra, AI inference, performance, and costs.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and steer technical decisions across distributed teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders in a remote, international environment.
