Fountain Forward International is seeking an Ads Director to lead and evolve our Paid Ads department on a remote-first, international basis. You will shape strategy, establish quality standards, and drive scalable improvements across dealer-focused campaigns.

You will coach strategists and specialists, enable experimentation, and measure outcomes to improve efficiency and client results. This role emphasizes independent freelancing and cross-functional collaboration within a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing principles.
• Ability to lead and develop teams across paid media.
• Experience translating data into strategic decisions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive operational improvements.
• Experience building scalable processes and training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effectiveness and evolution of the Paid Ads department through strategic leadership and scalable improvements.
• Define and maintain Ads quality standards and team performance.
• Coach Ads Strategists and Ads Specialists; remove blockers to performance.
• Drive innovation, experimentation, and measurement of advertising impact.
• Scale processes and frameworks across the department for consistency and efficiency.
