Sanofi is seeking a Regional Qualification Specialist in Bogotá to bridge R&D and Manufacturing. The role focuses on data qualification, analysis, and documentation across pharma/biotech portfolios.

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology or related field.
• Experience in qualification of equipment/utilities in pharma/biotech or related sectors.
• Advanced English level is MUST.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct collection and compilation of raw data for qualification/ re-qualification reports.
• Generate graphs/tables from data using appropriate tools.
• Prepare data sets to support analysis by the qualification team.
• Perform data analysis per protocol and check conformance to acceptance criteria.
• Support writing of reports using approved templates and standards.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all deliverables.
• Maintain and update data in designated systems.

Your job, as Regional Qualification Specialist within our M&S Services Bogota Hub, will be acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct the collection and compilation of raw data for qualification and re-qualification reports.
• Utilize appropriate tools to generate graphs and tables from the collected data, when applicable.
• Prepare data sets to facilitate analysis by the qualification team.
• Perform data analysis according to the method defined in the protocol and check conformity against acceptance criteria.
• Support the writing of reports using approved templates and documentation standards.
• Ensure and maintain the quality and integrity of the data across all deliverables.
• Maintain and update data in designated systems.

About you

Experience: Professional experience in the qualification of equipment, utilities, or facilities within validation departments in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and /or biotechnology sectors

Soft and technical skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. An agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments.

Experience with Quality Systems (Veeva, Kneat, or equivalent), Word, Excel Power-Point; skilled in data analytics and documentation of validation/qualification processes, including protocols and reports.

Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field.

Languages: Advanced English level is a MUST.
