Sanofi is seeking a Regional Qualification Specialist in Bogota to act as a critical link between R&D and Manufacturing. You will support qualification activities for equipment, utilities, and facilities, ensuring data integrity and adherence to validation protocols.

The role requires advanced English, experience in validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work model with up to 50% remote, based at the Bogota Hub in Colombia.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Advanced English is a MUST.
• Experience in qualification of equipment, utilities, or facilities within validation departments in pharma/biotech sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and compile raw data for qualification and re-qualification reports.
• Generate graphs and tables from collected data using appropriate tools.
• Prepare data sets to support analysis by the qualification team.
• Conduct data analysis according to protocol and verify conformity with acceptance criteria.
• Assist in writing reports using approved templates and standards.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across deliverables.
• Update data in designated systems.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct the collection and compilation of raw data for qualification and re-qualification reports.
• Utilize appropriate tools to generate graphs and tables from the collected data, when applicable.
• Prepare data sets to facilitate analysis by the qualification team.
• Perform data analysis according to the method defined in the protocol and check conformity against acceptance criteria.
• Support the writing of reports using approved templates and documentation standards.
• Ensure and maintain the quality and integrity of the data across all deliverables.
• Maintain and update data in designated systems.

About you

• Experience : Professional experience in the qualification of equipment, utilities, or facilities within validation departments in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and /or biotechnology sectors
• Soft and technical skills : Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. An agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments.
• Experience with Quality Systems (Veeva, Kneat, or equivalent), Word, Excel Power-Point; skilled in data analytics and documentation of validation/qualification processes, including protocols and reports.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field.
• Languages : Advanced English level is a MUST.
