Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Regional Supervisor, Quality Control to oversee labs across designated sites and ensure compliance with GLP, ISO and company quality standards. You will lead a home-based QC lab team, drive process improvements, and partner with QA, R&D and plant leaders to deliver reliable QC outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in a lab, 2+ years in supervisory QC, a Chemistry degree, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in a lab environment
2+ years supervisory/leading a QC lab experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent QC/lab certifications
Strong chemistry knowledge in cementitious chemistry, epoxy liquids, latex, or related product lines
Experience with colorimeter preferred
Proficient in data analysis and reporting
Strong computer skills including Excel and ERP software

Responsibilities

Oversee QC labs and ensure GLP/ISO compliance across designated plants
Lead process improvement assessments and calibration of QC instrumentation
Update QC lab work instructions and train staff
Collaborate with QC Manager, Process Chemist, and Engineering to solve product quality issues
Travel 25–50% to support designated QC labs
