ADAMA, a leading crop protection company, seeks a Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor to oversee all lab operations, ensuring safety and quality standards. The role manages staff, equipment, and budgeting while liaising with internal teams and customers to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field and at least five years in a lab environment, including two years in supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a laboratory environment with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, laboratory methods, and instrumentation.
• Experience leading safety/compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and analytical procedures.
• Monitor productivity, adjust staffing and processes for efficiency.
• Lead inventory management, preventive maintenance, and equipment lifecycle.
• Serve as technical liaison to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Recruit, train, and develop laboratory staff and manage performance.
