LATICRETE International is seeking a production-focused employee for the second shift to support machine operation, material handling, and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and daily shift handoffs within a fast-paced plant environment.

You will mentor new team members, ensure proper inventory and batch accuracy, and collaborate with supervision to maintain high productivity while upholding our standards of integrity and dedication.

Qualifications

• Proven plant or manufacturing experience with handling formulations.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and order details.
• Basic math for weights and batch calculations.
• Effective communication in writing and speaking.
• Familiarity with plant equipment or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation and order fulfillment, supporting production.
• Maintain housekeeping and clean work area per procedures.
• Prepare materials for next shift and communicate handoff summaries.
• Perform quality checks and ensure materials meet specs.
• Escalate maintenance needs and manage inventory updates.
• Lead, mentor and train team; assist supervisor as needed.
• Maintain production records and update work orders.
