Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Safety Engineer to enforce global safety standards across multiple sites. You will lead risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and advise on safety systems, fire detection, and lifting devices.

With 5+ years in manufacturing and fluent English, you will collaborate with engineering teams and OEMs to deploy safety tools and train site teams, driving continuous improvement in process safety performance.

Formación

• Engineering degree required with strong safety engineering background.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and machinery safety.
• Proven ability to lead across sites and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure technical safety requirements are applied consistently across sites.
• Facilitate safety risk assessments and support mitigations.
• Provide guidance on safety systems, fire detection, and lifting devices.
• Support global process safety tools and methodologies.
• Conduct site visits to assess safety performance and track action plans.
• Train and coach site teams to strengthen safety knowledge.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, OEMs, and third parties on safety solutions.
