Job summary

CSL seeks a Cluster Medical Lead to deliver medical strategy and oversee scientific activities across Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. The role reports to the Head of Medical Affairs and requires leading MSLs and a broader medical team while partnering with sales, market access and regulatory teams to ensure ethical, high-impact medical input.

The ideal candidate brings an MD/PhD, 10+ years in pharma, and fluency in Spanish & English, with proven leadership and stakeholder engagement across

Qualifications

MD or Advanced scientific degree with relevant background; business experience desirable.
Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry with clinical and medical affairs exposure.
Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
Strong, demonstrable leadership and second-line management experience.
Deep knowledge of literature and publications relevant to the therapy area.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic medical leadership and shape a high-performance culture for the medical team.
Translate cluster medical strategy into local execution and engage global teams.
Collaborate with marketing, market access, pricing, HEOR, and regulatory affairs to drive evidence generation.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, public bodies and external stakeholders.
Oversee medical governance and compliance across cluster programs; lead on Medical Education.
