Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Cluster Medical Lead to deliver medical strategy across Colombia, Argentina, and Chile. You will guide medical input for therapeutic areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead MSLs to advance evidence generation and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires an MD/PhD/PharmD and 10+ years in pharma with leadership experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and readiness for substantial travel across the cluster.

Qualifications

• MD or Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD) with relevant scientific background.
• Minimum 10 years' pharmaceutical/biotherapeutics industry experience with clinical research and medical affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic medical leadership and input for local studies and global collaborations.
• Translate cluster medical strategy into regional and local plans.
• Lead and develop the Medical Affairs team, including MSLs, with strong stakeholder engagement.
