Qualifications

• 4+ years in fleet operations, procurement, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with FMCs, OEMs and other suppliers.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of fleet operations best practices and regional regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations to ensure efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Act as the liaison between leasing companies, OEMs, and internal Johnson & Johnson functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast demand and specify vehicle models.
• Support strategies and process improvements to drive cost-efficiency.
• Review vendors' service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze regional fleet performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve escalations from fleet-eligible employees.
• Provide status updates and escalate risks to the GS Fleet Operations Lead.
• Manage daily activities of regional team to meet KPI targets.
