Edgewell Personal Care seeks a Regional Disputes Analyst to manage end-to-end customer disputes across LATAM in a Hybrid work model. You will partner with Accounts Receivable, Credit, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to drive timely resolution, mitigate financial risk, and document deduction activities.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AR or disputes, solid SAP and Excel skills, and knowledge of SOX controls.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Disputes Management, Credit, or Customer Deductions.
• Experience in a regional Shared Services/GBS structure is preferred.
• Exposure to multi-country LATAM operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Log, classify, and prioritize customer disputes across LATAM markets.
• Review supporting documentation (pricing, contracts, credits).
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations to resolve disputes within SLAs.
