Medtronic Bogotá is seeking a Rebate Analyst – Calculations to manage accurate rebate calculations and payments for the U.S. business. You will work with Finance, Contracting, Legal, Sales, and other teams to validate terms and ensure compliant, timely processing in SAP (Vistex).

The role emphasizes analytical skills, detail orientation, and adherence to internal controls, with potential for process improvements and cross-training across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial data, reconciliations, and detailed transactional information.
• English communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer rebate payments and fee payments within service level expectations.
• Prepare and execute EFTs, credit memos, and checks with proper controls.
• Monitor payment exceptions and reconciliation discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Review SAP (Vistex) outputs to support accurate payments and reporting.
• Maintain remittance files and audit records for compliance and traceability.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and related audits.
• Assist with EFT onboarding and payment method conversions.
• Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and process docs.
• Participate in system testing and process improvements in rebate operations.
