BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java & Observability Infrastructure Engineer to design and develop robust telemetry platforms and monitoring solutions for distributed systems. You will help ensure reliability and visibility across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Java development and building complex distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with observability infrastructure and tools like OpenTelemetry.
• Solid understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Senior Java & Observability Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and develop robust telemetry platforms and monitoring solutions to support complex distributed systems. You will serve as a key technical driver to enhance system reliability, ensuring engineering teams have the tooling and visibility required to maintain optimal application performance.
