BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java & Observability Infrastructure Engineer to design and develop telemetry platforms and monitoring solutions for complex distributed systems. You will drive reliability and provide tooling and visibility to engineering teams, enabling optimal performance.

The role offers 100% remote work, excellent compensation in USD or local currency, hardware and software setup for home, and flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Java development and building complex distributed systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with observability infrastructure and tools like OpenTelemetry.
• Solid understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
