CBTW is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to drive design, architecture, and delivery of scalable web applications with hands-on development and technical strategy. You will mentor engineers, set frontend standards, and collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of software development, 7+ years in React, strong English, and a hybrid work model in Bogotá. Experience with microfrontends, AWS, and SDK integration is highly valued.

Formación

• Advanced English level required.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years with React.js and modern frontend architectures.
• Experience leading frontend teams and architectural decisions.
• Experience designing microfrontend architectures at enterprise scale.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and integration patterns.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS.
