BairesDev is seeking a skilled Rails Developer to lead full-stack engineering, owning the Rails backend and pairing it with modern frontend frameworks. You will connect server-side logic with interactive UIs, ensuring data flow and high-performance delivery.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Ruby on Rails with React or Vue, and develop RESTful APIs while testing with RSpec. AWS deployment and PostgreSQL optimization are key focus areas.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven expertise building full-stack apps with Rails backends and React frontends.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience writing automated tests with RSpec.
• Hands-on AWS deployment and managing asynchronous processing tasks.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript in modern web frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

As a Rails Developer, you will lead full-stack engineering efforts by owning the Rails backend and pairing it with modern frontend frameworks. You will connect robust server-side logic with interactive user interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow and high-performance application delivery.

What You'll Do
